About the Owner
We are Carol & Ronald Kirby, native Georgians who love the mountains. Our Lodge began as a family collaboration in 2020. When we could not find a cabin we loved, I started sketching designs and sent them to Paul, our son, who agreed to build it for us. The Lodge was a like a giant canvas/sculpture to me as a professional artist. Paul took my ideas and enhanced them with his expertise and craftsmanship. Our daughter, Sarah, manages the property with hands on care and sincere attention to detail. Built with our family in mind and aspiring to host your family and friends, we invite you to visit our place of joyful togetherness and experience the art of retreat
